The workout was supposed to be Full Body RESPECT, but we ran out of time and did not get the leg rounds in.
Made a trip to pick up Cindy, shouldered up and took her to the turf field. Lined up on the Goal line with Cindy.
Workout consisted of 50 reps with Cindy at the goal line, sprint to 50-yd line, 50 reps to work abs, sprint back to goal line. PAX that finished first continued to move until everyone was back at the goal line (SSH, high knees, butt kicks, etc.)
Round 1 – OHP / Big Boys
Round 2 – Curls / X-Factor (hard way with feet off the ground)
Round 3 – Chest Press / Freddy Mercury
Round 4 – Lawn Mower Pulls (25 each arm) / Gas Pumpers
Round 5 – Paired up for a round of DORA. 50 burpees / bleacher run.
Collected Cindy and headed back towards home. Stopped at the 2nd light for 50 dips with Cindy on the curb.
Took ole girl home.
