Several among us including yours truly are men of science. It’s therefore plain to see that the best way to prepare for the Murph is to make the easy things easier so you can focus your energy into the harder things.
Therefore, today we decided to bring the horseshoes to work and turn those merks into a nothing burger.
Work out is simple
Start by doing
5 block merks
5 skull crushers
5 tricep extensions followed by a big loop around the parking lot.
Once back, add 5 reps, rinse and repeat.
