Phase 1: Lt Dan
1 squat – 4 Lunges (HC)- mosey- 30 sec wall sit
2 squats- 8 lunges- mosey- 30 sec wall sit
Continue adding one squat and 4 lunges per round up to 10 squats. At round 6 switch the wall sits to 12/12 single leg calf raises.
Phase 2: break up into 3 even teams. Each team will relay style some murder bunnies across the field, if you aren’t on the block, you are doing core work.
After all teams finish form up on a Tunnel of Love and drag the block through twice both ways.
Phase 3: To work out the soreness in the leg region… 1/2 mile Indigenous People Run with the back HIM knocking out 6 Mtn Climbers before sprinting to the front!
