Busy weekend, hadn't given much thought to what to do, but good Ole @quikcrete happen to mention how much he loved running, pullups, squats, and merkins, so we did…From the flag, ran the long way around the bank to the to the pull up bars to begin.. each pax worked on their 10, 20, 30, x 10. Then we jailbroke back to the flag the short way, @ backstreet still has the speed.
