Tha Thang:
Each Pax grabbed cindy and Lincoln(log coupon). We set the log in the field as the timer to be flipped. We set up stations with a cindy around the pull up bars. The goal was to complete 500 pull ups together as a group.
Stations were rotated as the log reached the predetermined point. Workouts continued until log got to where it needed to be.
Station 1 – OHPs
Station 2 – Curls
Station 3 – Pull Ups
Station 4 – merkins
Station 5 – Squats
Station 6 – kettle bell swings.
We continued until we reached 500 total then commenced one more round of weighted squats.
Towards the end of the workout a sketchy van pulled up, fortunately it had windows do we were not too alarmed. Unfortunately it did not have popsicles in the back. But in the front was an FNG that found us in the Effingham Magazine. “Lamont” was named!
