Circle up, high plank and roll the medicine ball around one time. Second time, Q rolls the ball to the individual to his left, then runs and jumps over everyone and then gets back into the high plank, then the next guy goes. Continue until the ball retuns to the Q.

10 yards with cones spread out 5 yards. Grab a piece of card board and push it to the first cone, knock out 1 burpee, then push cardboard to the next cone, knock out 2 burpees, then push cardboard back to first cone, knock out 3 burpees then push cardboard back to start point.
Circle up and knock out 30 IC 4 count flutter kicks, then transition to 10 IC 4 count hello dollys
