We do some dive throughs, we did some merks,, some through the tunnels, some ssh. Then mosey over to Cindy.
Tha Thang:
Two awesome pax decided to divide the flag to insure they would be there- hince the name. IYC had nothing planned for the Q, because they always give my Q away. But not today so off the top of the head we went.
1-set of 11s with curl and vups about a 40 yd mosey in between. But @Quikrete leaving the way he managed to stretch 40 into 50.
2-50 curls to catch our wind
3- set of 11s with overhead press and heels to heaven.
4-50 curls 50 overhead press- to catch our wind
5-one set of 7-Elevens, 11 Bor, mosey to the other end to another set of 11 until we hit the magic number seven. Returned Cindy and jailbreak to the flag.
