Today me and the M are celebrating 19 years of marriage so I used the numbers 4-10-23 at my Q to Celebrate!
We had 5 exercises listed and completed 23 reps. Exercises: 1) curls 2) dips 3) squats with cindy 4) Merks 5) LBC's. After completing 23 curls each HIM had to murder Bunny 15 yards Complete 4 Bonnie Blairs, murder bunny 15 more yards complete 10 Absolutions, Rifle carry back to the starting point and complete exercise #2. Rinse and repeat. We all got through round 1 and about halfway through round 2. This one looked like cake on paper but this one was bad…REALLY bad…lots of heavy breathing, talks of many prayer request, and someone mentioned having to stop and name an imaginary FNG. Great work by all! Missed Pergo this morning, he would of Loved it!
