6 rucked and did exercises around the lake. Pull ups, walking lunges, bear crawling, decline mercs, incline mercs, something on a weird bar, step ups and something else.
A group of dudes started at memorial hospital and ran the fancy trail back to the lake. At least 12 miles.
Another group ran the front part of parkers loop…not sure but it was at least 9 miles.

Today dudes linking up to watch a bunch of rich dudes hit a ball into a hole….yeah how exciting….beer and food on Focker at Driftaway cafe starting now or 1200.
