Billy Madison- stacking workout: 12 reps for every exercise.
1- BBS, 2- Merkins, 3- Squats, 4- Dips, 5- LBC’s, 6- Calf Raises, 7- American Hammers, 8- Curls, 9- Thrusters, 10- JLows, 11- Lateral Burpees, 12- Weighted Jump Squats.

For rounds 1-5 run 100m between stacking rounds, for rounds 6-8 run 200m between stacking rounds, for rounds 10-12 run 400m between rounds.

*we ran out of time as we usually do for Billy Madison’s, so with 7 mins left we had everyone just do all the movements through 12th grade so they at least get 12 of everything!
