Mosey to the field, break into 3 teams
All Pax start on line in plank position
first pax runs to first cone, completes 20 merkins(hold plank), calls 2nd pax to run to second cone for 15 bonnie blairs(hold chair), then 3rd pax runs to third cone for 15 monkey humpers, then all jailbreak to palm tree and sprint back to start.
Rotate until all pax complete each station.
Team challenge
Race the lake loop back to the circle – along the way each pax must perform some of the reps
-40 step ups (hard way)
-bear crawl over bridge and back
-40 merkins
-40 pullups
-40 air squats
first team member grabs a blue and orange cone. Blue cone indicates individual race winner and he has to bring the orange cone to the 6. Winning team is when both orange and blue make it to the circle

Puff and Hayden (little puff) headed out before the lake race – Hayden was dizzy and light headed – likely vaso-vagel response. Thanks to CPAP for helping him recover!
