7x burpees due to someone arriving late.
02-05 March 2002 The Battle For Tkar Ghar or Roberts Ridge Afghanistan. This was the first major force on force engagement between US SOF and AQ/Taliban. Operation was to kill or capture high level bad guys at 12000 feet with 5 feet deep snow on the ground. MH-47E chinook received an RPG knocking out (fell out of chinook) Navy SEAL PO1 Roberts. MSGT Chapman was an Air Force combat controller in another Chinook. He called in close air support to cover Roberts on the ground until they could land. Once he got on the ground. Immediately he neutralized two enemy combatants as he moved in to get Roberts. Moving uphill at high elevation and in deep snow exhausted the US SOF. A quick reaction force from 1/75th Ranger Battalion came in to help rescue the SOF on the ground. Ultimately, mSGT Chapman and PO1 Roberts were KIA along with 5 other service members. Chapman is credited with over 4 kills and drawing enemy fire so SOF could breqk contact down mountain and regroup.

1) Roberts Ridge complex (SIMU)

7x Bonnie blairs (7x left then 7x right =14)
17x curtsy leg lunge (17 x Left and then 17x right = 34)
Grab cindy and run to first light pole from the circle (about 100 feet)
2) first light pole = 5x Blockie burpees and 5x Push Press. Leave cindy and sprint to next light pole and conduct 3x Burpees then sprint back to first light pole and grab cindy
3) burpees until everyone together
4) grab cindy and run to next pole
3x burpees then 7x devil press with cindy (grab cindy let it pass through legs then push press over head and then back through legs)
5) bunny murdered with cindy to cones about 100 feet
6) leave cindy then indian run to 3rd light pole (about 200 yards)
7) 5x burpees then 5x bear push up with sit through
8) All you got sprint to pull up bars about 300 yards
9) 3 rounds of 5x pull ups while the rest do plank jacks (rotate through)
10) 2 rounds of 5x leg lifts over pull up bar while the rest execute flutter kicks. When all complete. File back up and indian run back to cones (300 yards)
11) 5x burpees and 5x bear push up with sit through
12) indian run back to cindys (200 yards)
13) grab your cindy and reverse murder bunny to light pole (about 100 feet…some were throwing cindy to finish this and hot pocket almot broke his lady)
14) 3x burpees 7x devil presses
15) suicase carry cindy on left side to next light pole
16) suitcase carry cindy on right side to next light pole
17) 3x burpees then sprint to first light pole before circle and back to pick up cindy
18) grab cindy and run back to circle
19) 30 seconds of catching breath
20) 2 plus minutes of 4 cound flutter kicks to 46!!!! Some still working on form ….legs straight not bent like dying pests…some still getting better to make it 20 straight flutters. All still working on keeping up but I give all props for being there and working out while many sleeping in their cozy beds!!! Keep working! Stay hard and by April you all will be able to knockout 100 flutters the hardway!!!
