Meet at the 10 yard line where a 60# sandbag was present.
Objective was for the sandbag to touch every number on the field, but it has to be moved by NOT carrying it by a single PAX. Sandbag toss and sandbag drag proved to be the most effective means of movement. From the starting 10, the group would do an exercise (below), and then the designated PAX would move the bag to the 10 on the opposite side of the field. More group exercise, and then Zag diagonally to the opposite side 20. Then the other 20, then Zag to the 30. And so on. Change bag movement PAX after each Zag.
While the single pax does the sandbag, the rest of the group runs to the furthest goal line, does 5 Bobby Hurleys, and then to the next number where the sandbag has moved to.
For the group exercise, rep count would be based on which number the group was at.
10 yd line – 10 burpees (at both 10s on that yard line)
20 yd line – 20 single count Bonnie Blairs
30 – 30 Merkins
40 – 40 Flutters in cadence and then 40 American Hammers IC at the opposite 40.
50 – 50 plank jacks called as 25 IC. At the opposite 50, PAX got to choose between plank jacks again, or SSH at the full 50 in cadence. Pax choose the SSH.
40s again – 40 LBC and then 40 twisting MTN climbers (those sucked)
30 – Running short on time, so we did 15 so that Test Tube would get a chance with the sandbag.

It was noted, perhaps requested, that we could've gotten through the whole field. So expect to see this one again and we'll save the bleacher lap for after we are done.
Ruck at Tybee at 0530 tomorrow. It'll be uncomfortable. We need get comfortable being uncomfortable.
