Plank it out (while Hobby phoned home), Tunnels, Imperial Walkers, Hillbilly's, Arm Circles. Hobby decided to toss a toddler's teething ring he found into the COT, it had 6 appendages on it, we had 6 pax in the circle…seemed to be a sign to close out warmOrama with 6 burpees!
Tha Thang:
Mosey to the "Compound Courtyard" where 8 stations each with their own Cindy(s) were awaiting us! 45 sec of work 10 sec of rest to change station. Rinse and repeat for 4 rounds!
