1- Performed 5 Blockies. Rifle Carry to the next Pole
2- Performed 10 WWII With Cindy. Murder Bunny to the next Pole
3- Performed 10 Squat Thrusters Rifle Carry to the next Pole
4- Performed 20 Curl Press. Farmer carry Left hand to the next pole
5 – Performed 20 Flutter kicks with OHP. Rifle carry to the Blue Bucket
6- Perform a Honker with the Cindy. Farmer Carry Right hand to the next pole.
7 – Perform 10 side to side Merks off Cindy. Rifle Carry to the next Pole.
8- Performed 5 Blockies. Leave Cindy here and run to Pull up bars.
9 – Perform a Little Murph. 20 Pull ups / 40 Merks / 80 Squats.
Head back to Station 8 and start working your way back.
Pax all did well we ran out of time and just had everyone fall in as we ran back with Cindy.
