Tha Thang:
Pax worked to complete decorating our Christmas tree 🎄 for the Outlaws Wonderland. However, not just anyone can decorate this tree, so naturally we had a buy-in. Our buy-in & decorations included the following exercises:
Buy-in: Pax performed 10x Underground Burpees and then completed a short mosey to the stretch. Our tree was outlined with 5 cones & a centrally located star cone creating a triangle.
After each exercise was completed, pax would mosey to the star cone & perform 12x Burpee thrusters before returning and continuing to the next cone.
Cone 1 – American Hammers 100x
Cone 2 – Dead Lifts 80x
Cone 3 – Rows 60x
Cone 4 – Merkins 40x
Cone 5 – Bonnie Blairs 20x ea leg
Upon completion of decorating our tree 🎄 Pax took a shot of Fro's special Eggnog and performed vertigos back to the flag.
