Started off with an Indian Run around the bus loop to go grab Cindy. 6 cones were set up in 2 rows of 3 approximately 60 feet apart. Cone number 1 and 6 were bonus cones(1-agility ladder, 6- jump ropes).
Each Him started at the agility ladder and completed 2 feet in 2 feet out drill, grabbed Cindy and completed 25 curls, murder bunny to cone 2-complete 25 OHPs, rifle carry to cone 3- 25 dips, murder bunny to cone 4- 25 flutters with Cindy, rifle carry to cone 5- 25 chest press, murder bunny to cone 6- 25 Merks * Bonus cone 50 jumps with rope, Rifle carry back to Cone 1 to *Bonus cone agility ladder, Rinse and repeat decreasing by 5 each set. Lots of Fun, Pergo smelled good, and no country music was played. It was great having test tube and spread Eagle with us at the gloom.
