Plank Disclaimer- while watching @Quikrete live up to his name, 10 Merks OYO, TTT, SSH- Mosey to collect Cindy and drop her in the first parking lot corner we come to.
Tha Thang:
The objective- to cross the parking lot from one end to the other using the X instead of the boring circle, jumping wet/ muddy islands and navigating through small trees and bushes. At each corner YHC had a list of 4 sets-we to complete, and take the X to the next corner.
1st corner- 40 curls, 30 Bench press, 20 OHP, 10 not worthy
2nd corner- 40 LBC, 30 Freddie Merks, 20 second count ( 6 inches (4x), 10 WWII.
3rd corner 40 Sqt, 30 High Knees, 20 Bonnie Blair, 10 Calf Raises
4th corner 40 merks, 30 SSH, 20 Dip, 10 burp.
The thang was completed in full 2X, -mosey to replace Cindy and mosey back to COT
COT:
Before COT- 5 burpees for the late comers, (3), and 5 for the early leaver (1)- for 20 total, Countorama, nameorama, pledge and prayer.
@Hobbylobby to build a poll to see who can come Saturday at 9am for the Parade. @noodles has a trailer and can deliver it to a willing Pax's home tonight if you wish to decorate.
All interested in the Parade Saturday meet us at Rutland Tire at 9Am to Clown car to the starting point- Family invited event, M and kids can ride the trailer- we need every to represent- all AO's invited.
