YHC was the only one that brought any costume for Halloween. I gave my self a prize … The satisfaction that I joined the elite club with Winnie of being the only PAX that showed up in costume.

To the song "This Is Halloween" from The Nightmare Before Christmas" … Duck Walk counterclockwise in the circle. Whenever the word Halloween is said, drop and do a, Merican.

2 line Guardian Run (stole that from F3 Dallas, Cleveland renamed the Indians the Guardians) from the flag around past the big rocks to Cindy.

Line up in line with the first tree on the lake to the backlot.

Tha Thang:

Between trees, Zombie carry Cindy (arms straight out in front of you with Cindy). At each tree, add an exercise with reps noted below (stack workout, you do all the prior exercises at reach tree too). This is the full planned workout, but we modified a few later.

After round 9, the Q called for a trick or treat. Spam called trick … So every rep count bumped up to 13 reps. But for time, the Q allowed the PAX to choose 4 exercise to eliminate. They wisely choose burpees, squat thrusters, Bonnie Blairs, and jump squats.

Running out of time after round 10, so we did the 3 final exercises without the stack of the prior exercises.

Mosey to put Cindy away, and then back to the flag.
