Tha Thang:
GoRuck Heavy recently replaced the traditional PT test of sit ups and push ups with the Robbie Miller WOD. Buy-in is a 3-mile ruck. Then do exercises, then cash out with another 3-mile ruck. For the sake of time we didn’t do either ruck but did incorporate a run in between rounds of exercises. Oh yeah and we wore our weight vests the entire time of the “modified PT test”.

12 rounds:
6 x sandbag ruck rows
6 x burpee squats
6 x 4ct mountain climbers
6 x weight vest getups
Run down to the fire hydrant and back to continue next round of exercises.

COT:
Cooler-ama where we did x-man crunches, LBCs, gas pumpers, flutter kicks, jingle balls…most with 50 count in cadence to the number.

Staff Sergeant Robbie Miller was a Green Beret in the 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne) and the first Green Beret since Mogadishu to earn the Medal of Honor. The 24-year old single-handedly charged into a near ambush, beat back 100 or so insurgents, and saved the collective lives of the entire patrol.

SSG Miller, we salute you with the work we did today. 🫡 and encourage everyone to check in with those that may be struggling mentally or physically. Be that ready support system for when that time comes to help we are there. Been a great week of Q’s this week.
