Star was broken due to white Toyota Corolla parked in the middle of our fav spot. So we improvised.
Flag center point-15 merks, 20 LBC, 5 Burpees, 10 Imperial squat walkers. Rifle Carry to 5 scattered locations picked by YHC, some close, some not so close.
Each location -with Cindy 10 OHP, 20 curl, 30 BP, 40 BOR, 50 Step at each completion, back to the flag, Rinse and repeat 5 times- Rep count a lot of everything.
Put cindy up- hit the pull up bar 5 each.
