Differs from 1st & 10 in the Exicon. Pax completed 10 different exercises in 10 yard increments to work their way down the field. Once pax completed each exercise they would mosey to a designated cone and then be granted a new “first down” (exercise) until they covered the full 100 yards and all exercises were completed.
