Run 1/2 mile stopping 5 times doing 10 merkins each time.
At the turn around doing Lt. Dans, then on a 1:1 ratio do merkins and groiners. Go up to 4, hold plank, then start at 4 and go back down. Run 1/2 mile back stopping 6 times to do 10 merkins.
Back at the flag do 10 Dr. W’s IC followed by 10 Imperial Walkers IC.
