We are in this together!
We started with a lap and then embrace the coveted beautiful Cindy! 7 is the number of perfection so we started our second lap with 7 blockies. We respect luscious Cindy so we lifted her high in the air as a classic show of honor. We honor her this way all the way around. The first person to drop Cindy from her pedestal caused everyone to execute 7 more blockies. We did spread out due to speed, but we never ever leave a fallen Conrad. So, after said blockies, the pax out front, softly and gently, slide Cindy back to the clydesdale speed pax in the back. (Except the aggressive beastly Pergo that used, abused and broke his Cindy)
We repeated this all the way around the loop.
**YHC want to make sure no one was cheated and the heart rate stayed high….so I inserted a 100 meter run down and back after every 7 blockies.
Overall, 63 Blockies and 5 Burpees for the broken hearted Cindy!
