While at a conference in Orlando the PAX gathered outside the hotel for a sultry workout in the gloom.
3 mile pearls on a string workout consisting of ruining 1/2 mile then completing (5) burpees, (10) American Hammers, (15) Merkins, (20) Bonnie Blairs. Rinse and repeat every 1/2 mile.

Prayers for the Custer family in RH. Julie Custer unexpectedly passed away from a heart attack at age 51. She was a close friend of Mrs. Gilligan and the Custer family has been very involved in the ‘Hill for 15+ years.
