Tha Thang:
Mosey to the Covered area and started the DORA. Team workout where one team member moseys to “Cindy” and completes 10 over head presses then returns and picks up count that team member left off at on below exercises. Cindy’s were Set 1/10th of a mile away. Runner completes 10 Over Head Presses with "Cindy". Main exercise is as follows:
100 American Hammers
200 Fox Hole ( WW1 then roll to the side into a Merkin and Repeat )
300 Squats
All Teams Completed Great Effort and Teamwork. I appreciate everyone’s support.
