The Murphy Express pulled in at The Foundry and all present Pax boarded the pain train. All ran 1 mile and worked towards 100 Pull-ups, 200 Merkins and 300 Squats. Some stayed to complete the Murph and some modified due to work schedules. All got a good sweat.
