Mosey a lap around the lake, stopping at every light pole(we skipped about 4 at the end to save time) for 3 burpees. 87 total burpees
We also stopped at every 5th light pole for 25 reps of an ab exercise. They were: BBS, American hammers, Freddy mercs, gas pumpers, X factors, LBC’s.
Made 3 other stops to alternate between 2 different exercises. The 1st exercise started with 20 reps and decreased by 2 each time. The 2nd exercise started with 10 reps and decreased by 1 each time.
Stop 1: merkins/pull ups
Stop 2: toe touches/step ups(the toe touches were harder than you think. Got a good hamstring and core workout)
Stop 3: curls/dips
Held a 1 min plank at the flag until time ran out.
