Tha Thang:
Pick up Cindy and carry her to the pull up bars
Good Form on Each excersise was the goal.
Did 4 rounds:
10 count, 8 count, 6 count, 4 count of the following
1) Pull ups ( each one the elbows were locked out)
2) 8 count merkins (all the way down, all the way up)
3) 4 count squat with Cindy, then 4 count power clean Cindy with an overhead press. (Deep squat)
4) Ran to the end of the parking lot and did Mike Tysons them back to the pull up bars
After each round we did a set of abs for a 30 count
1) side plank knee to elbow
2) toe touches
3) cross over mountain climbers
4) WW2
Carry Cindy back home.
