Do burpees. Run. Sweat profusely.
Rinse and repeat approximately 12 times until you get 6+ miles and 60+ burpees.
FT did a shorter variation but with lots of burpees, squats, and Merkins.
Gumbo got there late and chased the rest of us down. He skipped the first half of burpees to catch us though.
BC was the 6. Hate running. Usually DFL with this group. I've accepted that, will still keep trying to get better.
