Welcome disclaimer with 5 core principles built in. Thanks to a tardy Mr. Miyagi we had to wax on and wax off with 10 penalty burpees.

We might have warmed up with 50 SSH IC, 50 slow squats IC, 50 raise the roofs IC, 50 Don Coyotes IC (Honker favorite).

Tha Thang:
This workout was an ode to pre-Super Bowl 50 Cent aka Curtis James Jackson III, meaning we are gonna strive for fifty reps of various movements.

– Suitcase/briefcase carry Cindy grabbing middle web and travel to end of bus loop (switch arms along the way as needed)
– 50 kraken burpees (three HRM to one burpee)
– Leave the Cindy’s. Mosey to school entrance.
– Grab some curb and 50 dips IC
– Mosey to back parking lot
– 50 BBB (Bonnie Blair after burpee)
– After each set of 10, bear crawl from light pole to light pole. Then NUR back. Rinse and Repeat for five rounds.
– Mosey back to the Cindy’s
– Murder bunny from tree to tree. Then suitcase/briefcase carry back towards the flag.

COT:
Put Cindy’s away and still had a little bit of time for Mary: seated straight leg lifts and American Hammers (because we never do anything Russian).

Doorjam leading a one-off swim workout on July 9th. Cheddar Biscuit has his last Q on July 4th prior to leaving for boot camp. Coffee, donuts, and normal shenanigans for a proper sendoff. It is the Air Force for Jalapeño’s sake.
