Grabbed 2x 16KG KBs, 2x 20KG KBs, 5x Jump Ropes (various weighted ropes) and jogged on down to the pull up bars (.5 miles).
Batman and Robin partner workout
1) Batman man runs (100 m) and Robin does AMRAPs push press with a KB, then switch and Robin runs while Batman does AMRAPs push press (conduct twice)
2) Batman runs, Robin does AMRAPs front squats, switch (conduct twice)
3) Batman runs, Robin does jump rope, switch (conduct twice)
4) Batman runs, Robin does body weight man makers, switch (conduct twice)
5) group carries one 16KG KB and one 20KG KB to pull up bars.
Thrusters and pull ups. Each individual does as around 5 thrusters then complete 75 pull ups as a group. Each individual does as many as possible.
Mosey back to the light pole.
6) a) bear crawl 1, 2, 3 , mericans total 11. AYG back to the light pole.
b) bear crawl 1, 2, 3, mericans total five. AYG back to the light pole.
7) gather up all our gear. Variation last man up but with KBs. One man farmers carry 16KG KBs to the light pole, one man farmers carry 20KG KBs to the light pole, then swap at light pole and farmers carry to the next light pole, switch, new set of men take over. Farmers carry KBs and jump ropes back to the circle/start point (SP). Fun times by all!!
Finish with 10x X factors IC and 10x Flutter kicks IC, with a nice hold 6 inches off the ground at the end.
