Disclaimer then Moseyed the parking lot. Did some pump up merkens so we looked good when we took the field.
Met at centerfield in the stadium SSHops, Don Coyotes, Hillbilly walkers, arm circles, chinooks
Warmed up the crowd and said hi to all the girls by running the bleachers

Tha Thang:
Stand in corner of end zone
Roll red dice to determine exercise (see below)
Then sprint Cross-field and roll blue dice to determine down and distance when multiplied by 5

So, if red rolls a 3:
Run to 30 yard line, do 3 burpees
Run across field then, and if you red roll a 6, you do 30 of the first exercise – jump squats

Exercises:
1 jump squats
2 merkens
3 WW2s
4 lunges
5 diamond push-ups
6 alternating v-ups

RUN / SPRINT into end zone
Mosey back to starting point in end zone.
BONUS: If you roll a 1 on your blue dice, we bear crawl to 10 and crawl back to end zone. If you roll a 6 on your blue dice, it is 100 yards instead of 60.

Can’t remember all we did before delirium set in but we ran a lot.

Went over and did 24 pull-ups per team finishing with Olympic form.
