Group A with 50 LB sandbag run to light pole and back continuously for 10 minutes
Group B for 10 minutes burpees 24 down to 1 (four square complete 24 burpees, run to next haystack, complete 23 burpees, and so forth down to one. I believe Tiny Tim was able to get to 21)
Group C 10 KB swings followed by 10 push press followed by 10 dive bomber push ups. Repeat for 10 minutes

Pledge followed by overview of CPL Doss dealing with adversity through basic training (would not fire or pick up a weapon) but his strong faith in God gave him the strength to persevere. When he was saving 75 Soldiers over 12 hours on 6 May 1945, the Japanese who were later captured stated they had him in their sights but their weapons would jam. God was with CPL Doss. Matthew 7:12.
