Indigenous People’s run (the long way) to the back parking lot
We identified the center of the parking lot as the center of an “X”, with the (4) corners and the connecting diagonals forming the X basis of the workout.
Start at the center and do (5) burpees, (20) LBCs
Run to the first corner, do (5) Merkins
Back to the center, another (5) burpees, (20) LBCs
Run to the second corner, do (5) Mary Katherine’s
Back to the center…
3rd corner (5) pull-ups

4th corner (5) Mike Tysons

Do this all again, optional increase to (10) reps at each corner
