6 merkins
Approximately 30 yards of frog jump
Each round after that added two more count to the previous round for the alternating should pull ups, lunges & merkins and always finished of with a 30 yard frog jump.
@TPS came out on top by completing 8 round.
Demonstrated Minnesota Mike Tysons and the crew did 20.
Mary at the end to finish with boat/canoe and Flutter kicks.
