The Island AO is on the verge of an official launch and YHC thought it would be a great time to set a baseline. A good ole fashioned Old Glory workout is a great way to measure improvement over the course of time…or in the case of YHC…the lack thereof…
Planted the flag in the grass field and established light posts as corner markers.
Corner 1 – 20 Merkins
Corner 2 – 20 Jump Squats
Corner 3 – 20 Burpees
Corner 4 – 20 BB Sit-ups
We ran the course for 30 mins touching Old Glory with each pass keeping count of passes. Props to all PAX for starting and finishing strong. Roughly half way through Chablis hinted at a possible Merlot for extra points…but no “external” Merloting was witnessed and since “in the mouth” Merloting doesn’t count, no bonus points were issued. Here is the official count…

Pretty much all PAX were gathered at the burpee corner when the buzzer sounded…probably just a coincidence.
The PAX then circled up in the grass field for some Mary…until the horse flies found us. YHC is of the opinion that if horse flies had been the first of the plagues, Pharaoh would have let the Israelites go immediately.
