Started with the disclaimer, and a review of the (5) core principles of F3, as well as the mission statement. Then:

“22’s” – kinda like 21s, but with 22. We effed this up, so we had a (7) burpee penalty
Tha Thang:
The theme for the day was in honor of my oldest daughter’s graduation this weekend. Class of 2022.
We started by running approximately 1,000 steps on the bleachers. Thx DQ for unlocking the gate.
(5) burpees
Then we completed a partner Dora consisting of:
100 star jumps
200 Merkins
300 SSH
400 LBCs
The timer for the partner Dora was running to the second light pole and backpedaling to the start.

YHC was hoping to run through the sequence twice to achieve 7+5+1,000+1,000+5=2022 reps, but we only had time for one. Thus we are taking credit for precisely 1,000 step during the bleacher lap. That is probably OK since YHC heard a lot of grumbling in about the simple workout. Next time I guess we’ll run more!
