Need for Speed race at the Make a Wish 10k in Isle of Hope. 4 Track Commanders, 1 2.0, and 18 PAX completed the 10k.
After a quick warmarama – 15 grass pickers, 10 windmills, and 5 Burpees – we settled in for the race, the National Anthem, and headed to the starting line.
The race got underway and the smiles and laughs of joy of the Track Commanders were matched by the F3 PAX as they took turns as the Driver or ran alongside.
This was our first SFN event for F3 Coastal Empire and I think it will be the first of many!
