3 set out to conquer the Spartan Trail in preparation for the upcoming Beast. Suffice it to say and dare I say, we needed R-12; the woods can be a tricky thing to navigate in the gloom as BC and Miyagi can attest to (consider this my formal apology). We added a loop of bleachers for just shy of 5 miles.
