Indian run to back parking lot with baseball at the front, toss baseball over your head so next in line can catch it. When ball gets to end, sprint to front. Ball dropped three times, 3 burpees when we arrived at pull-ups.

We hit a single, returned home; hit a double returned home; etc. Each time you passed a base, we stopped and did that bases exercise, returned home and did home’s exercise.

Home – 10 pull-ups, 10 hanging leg raises
1st – 20 merkins, 20 LBC
2nd – 30 MH, 30 AH per side
3rd – 40 Carolina dry, 40 LBC
HR – 50 squats, 50 AH

Sprint around bases to finish. 9 foundries for dropping the ball. Same Indian run as above back to flag. Ball dropped twice. 6 foundries as penalty (merk with groiner).
