Some did a few laps around the lake, some did about 5-6 miles, and some did some Spartan training.
Spartan Run was 9 miles today. Included:
A couple hill climbs
A few stops for burpees
A dead hang
3 laps around the BC trail and obstacle course
Today really paid to be a leader. Found $5 on the trail. First time I’ve ever been paid for doing F3.
