Start exercise at first cone, rifle carry cindi to second cone and do exercise, repeating all the way to fifth cone. Do exercise there and rifle carry all the way back to first cone and keep doing rounds until time is called.
Cone 1: 10 blockees
Cone 2: 20 alternating merkins
Cone 3: 30 squats with cindi

Cone 5: 50 lunges with cindi
