Grab a CIndy for dice game, Q rolls 2 dice corresponding the number on each dice to an exercise. Perform two exercises back to back each roll per below:
Round 1 (20 mins as many rounds as possible):
1 = OHP x10
2 = Curls X 20
3 = Rows x10
4 = Squats x10*
5 – Kettle Bell Swings x10
6 – Blockees x5
*Unfortunately 4's barely rolled at all.
Give Cindy a break (RIP) and move on to next round of exercises corresponding to dice number:

Then, another game to the tune of Roxanne by the Police. Each time "Roxanne" is played, pax perform a curb merkin and when "you don't have to put on the red light" played perform a shoulder tap each arm, remain on plank throughout. Definitely a crowd pleaser 10/10.
