5 Pax ran the 4.5 mile Spartan trail course. Included 3 Monkey bar sections, a Z Wall, boulder climbs, hill climb, 6 ft wall climb, and a few concrete drain tunnel climbs. Took just over an hour. No ankle casualties. Shout out to Flattire for showing us how it’s done this morning
