First exercise is named, then roll a die,
and multiply. (Reps between 7 and 42)
Run parking lot sprint 80 yards, then recover while moseying back between exercises. So, I guess we ran about 10 or so sprints – Radar lead the pack as we often initiated a senior head start program
Farmer’s carry – pairs race with Cindy’s back to place of rest – thank God I paired up with DQ as he kept us close to team BB/BC!
We started each round together, so if you’re faster, you ran a little further!
