Started with a jog around the parking lot and SSH (15 IC)
Stretch-
Wide leg- left, right, center
Butterfly
Sprinter-left/right
Cobra
Downward dog
Head over and grab the ole girl
Tha Thang:
We have 16 lines in our parking lot… we are going to try to touch each one, so we are only going to do 2 reps on 3 exercises
Exercises:
Block push ups
Kettle bell swings
OHP
Starting on line 1- 2 X each exercise, leave Cindy where she is on Line 1, jog to touch line 2, and back to Cindy.
Once back add 2 reps to each exercise… 4 reps for each exercise, leave Cindy on 1, jog to touch line 3 and back.
Add 2 reps…. All the way down or as far as you can get in 20 minutes. High score was low tide was fixing to start his 32 rep sets.
At 20 minutes we wanted to spike that HR so we got a run to the fire station and back in.
Once back, we finished with a bicep blast.
30 count hold of Cindy at parallel, 10-20 count rest, 30 curls, 10-20 count and back to the parallel… repeat 4X.
