20 mins of the following:
20 flutter kicks both legs with ruck in the air
20 front squats holding ruck
20 leg raises with ruck in the air
20 overhead walking lunges both legs
We did 4 rounds.
Then we did bleacher climbs.
Left side of bleachers did 10 squats at top of each climb.
Right side of bleachers 10 merkins at bottom of each climb.
We did 2 rounds. 140 squats and 100 merkins total.
