Tha Thang:
Stationary fun run using modified versions of the monthly fun run exercises: mountain climbers, burpees, jump squats, and hand release merkins. Tabata style workout of cycling through each exercise for 1 minute at max effort, followed by 1.5 minutes of rest. Three rounds total.
