Crucible is the standard ruck workout in Pooler, but with the upcoming Spartan race, we need some focused training. Most, if not all, of the ruckers are doing the spartan, so we've added in PT to get some better training.
Today consisted of ruck bleacher laps, some laps with additional sandbag weight. There were also rucking lunges for 100 yards, rucking bear crawls for 100 yards, rucking sprints, and suicides w/o the ruck. Some did squats at the top of each set of bleacher stairs. We'll get this more structured in future training weeks.
